2. The www.katxi.com domain is intended to provide users with the description of the various services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") made available by KATXI or by third parties.
3. These general conditions govern the access and use of the www.katxi.com website (hereinafter "the Website") which KATXI makes available free of charge to Internet users. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some of the Services provided by KATXI or by third parties through the Portal are subject to payment of a price in the form determined in the corresponding Particular Conditions. Access to the site implies full acceptance of these conditions.
4. In general, the provision of the Services is conditioned on the prior completion of the corresponding user registration. KATXI also makes available to users some Services whose use requires the completion of additional registrations. The aforementioned registration will be made in the form expressly indicated in the service itself or in the Particular Conditions that regulate it.

The intellectual property rights of page www.katxi.com, as well as its source code, design, navigation structure, databases and the various elements contained therein are the property of KATXI, which enjoys ownership of the exclusive rights of exploitation thereof in any form, especially through the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.
7. The display, printing and partial download of the content of the Website is authorized only and exclusively if the following conditions are met:

13. KATXI assumes no responsibility for the contents linked from the Website, provided that they are foreign to it, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in them that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the documents or files of the user, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.
In the event that any user, customer or third party, considers that the content or services provided by the linked pages are unlawful or injure goods or rights of the user, a customer or a third party liable for compensation, and in particular consist of:
Activities or content that may be considered criminal under Spanish criminal law.
Activities or content that violate intellectual or industrial property rights.

16. KATXI, and the user, expressly waiing any other law, submit to that of the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for any dispute that may arise from access, or use of the Website.
